Reconstruction and change of use of the buildings of the former military printing house for service and residential buildings and construction of a covered terrace in Łódź at 130 Gdańska Str.

The building consits of 2 parts:                                                

  • main building (6 storeys),
  • outhouse (5 storeys + basement)

 

  • Total  area of the building -  5 388 m2
  • Usable area of the building  -  4 750 m2
  • Courtyard – car park for 50 cars

 

Completion time: 03.2016 – in progress
